ROSEANNE MALFUCCI

What I Do

My work helps people access their own wisdom, and catalyze action in a way that makes them grow.  From one-on-one coaching to business consulting to group workshops, I use creative approaches to remove obstacles and help you get unstuck. I’m exploring this practice through video in my most recent creative endeavor, the film The Sum of Our Parts, which will be released in 2026.

I’m here to help you understand your place in a larger system (society, family, business, or your own mind), uncover the dynamics at play, and release yourself from ideas that are holding you back. The first step is always the same: we start from a place of strength and stability that will be a touchstone as we make this journey. Getting through the muck is hard, but together we can make a container that makes the hard things safe to try.

Who I’m For

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma. As a survivor of sexual abuse, I know how we can unintentionally take on the harmful messages we have received and become our own worst enemies. I have also been privileged to witness the tremendous feats of strength trauma survivors demonstrate daily. I am here to be a compassionate witness to your experience so you can locate your own strength and find compassion within yourself. My approach is trauma-informed and based in equity; I’m here to support you as you find your own true north and give gentle reminders when you get in your own way.

My Credentials

I have a speciality in design thinking and organizational development, which helps broaden my approach. Two decades of a plethora of mental health care modalities and grassroots activism complements my professional experience. Read more about my background here.
